Anti-corrosion paper MULTIferro® PX145
MULTIferro® PX145 is used primarily for packaging coils, sheets and other large metal products where a combination of high strength and reliable corrosion protection is required. The inhibitors are non-toxic, nitrite and heavy metal free.
MULTIferro® PX145 anticorrosive paper is a strong packaging material for the protection of metal products against corrosion. It is made of smooth kraft paper with VCI corrosion inhibitors, reinforced with a polypropylene (PP) grid and coated with a protective layer of polyethylene (PE).
The volatile inhibitors create a protective environment that prevents rust – without the need for oils or other preservatives. The PE coating makes the paper resistant to moisture and water and suitable for heavier and sharper parts.
