Flo-pak (or also Flopak) are special moulded polystyrene foam (EPS) filling materials designed to fill free space in packaging and fix products during transport. Due to their shape and light weight, they perfectly fill the gaps between the goods and the walls of the box, preventing movement, impact and damage.

Flo-pak is used in industry, logistics and e-commerce as a greener alternative to bubble wrap or other plastic fillers.

It is available in several variants, including biodegradable and compostable versions (e.g. starch-based).
