📦 Technical Description – Antistatic Bubble Wrap (ESD) – Protective Packaging Material for Electronics

Antistatic Bubble Wrap (ESD) is a special protective packaging material designed to safely package, protect and transport electrostatically sensitive components and equipment. This film combines the excellent damping properties of conventional bubble wrap with anti-static additives that actively prevent the generation and transfer of electrostatic charge. This makes it an ideal solution for protecting electronics, semiconductors, printed circuit boards, chips and other components susceptible to ESD damage.

The film is made of flexible polyethylene with integrated anti-static components and an air chamber structure. These bubbles dampen mechanical shock, vibration and vibration while preventing scratching of surfaces. It is available in different formats – rolls for universal use, bags for individual packaging of parts and cuts as interlayers or liners. The typical pink colour allows easy visual identification of the antistatic material.
