The new head of sales is Zdenek Klejna, who knows packaging better than Homer knows donuts. He acts with the calmness of Marge, but has the pull of Bart in his “genius” plans.Instead of a model nuclear power plant, he has foil samples on his desk, and instead of “Well done…” he relies on open communication and a clear strategy.
The sales department will thus see new energy, systematicity and an even stronger customer orientation.
