Reliable protection against moisture, condensation and subsequent damage to products during storage and transport

Dry bags are a simple but very effective means of ensuring a dry environment inside packaging. They contain special desiccants, most commonly bentonite, which can bind moisture from the air to themselves and keep the relative humidity inside the packaging low. This prevents condensation on the surface of the products and subsequent damage such as corrosion, oxidation, mould or deterioration of sensitive materials.

Bags are made of dust-free non-woven fabric that allow moisture to pass through to the sorbent inside, while remaining mechanically durable and dust-tight. With a wide range of weights and fillings, it is easy to select the optimum type according to the size of the packed area and the level of protection required.

They are used alone or in combination with barrier films and moisture indicators, especially for export and long-term storage of products where they are exposed to fluctuating temperatures and high humidity, typically in sea transport.
