Shipping Indicators
Shipping indicators are devices or monitoring labels that track conditions during the transportation and storage of goods. They are used to detect improper handling, such as impacts, vibration, excessive temperature, humidity, or package tilting. These indicators provide a clear visual signal when predefined limits are exceeded, helping identify potential damage, improve supply chain quality, and support claims for transport-related incidents.
Plastic Security Seals
Plastic security seals are single-use security closures designed to protect shipments, shipping containers, and storage units from unauthorized tampering. Once sealed, they cannot be opened without causing visible damage, so any attempt to open them is immediately apparent. Each seal is marked with a unique serial number, which allows for easy identification, tracking, and verification during both transit and storage.
Humidity Indicator HM-04-CDF
It allows quick and easy verification that the required humidity conditions have been maintained throughout storage and transportation. If the relative humidity inside the package reaches or exceeds a specified threshold, the corresponding indicator spot changes color from blue to lavender.
TiltWatch 90° – Tilt Indicator
TiltWatch 90° is a simple and reliable mechanical indicator designed to detect whether a package has been tilted by more than 80–90° to either side during transportation or handling.
TiltWatch 30° Plus – Tilt Indicator
TiltWatch 30° Plus is a mechanical tilt indicator designed to monitor the proper handling of sensitive or bulky shipments during transportation and storage. The indicator detects whether a package has been tilted or overturned beyond specified limits and provides a clear visual indication of the direction and extent of improper handling.
Shockwatch 2 – Shock and Impact Indicator
The ShockWatch 2 is a disposable mechanical shock indicator that detects and visually signals excessive shocks or impacts during transport and handling of fragile goods.
