POP – Outer Protection of Coils is a robust element made of modified polyethylene (PE) that protects the outer edge of the coil from mechanical damage during handling and transport. The protection is supplied in the form of a “club” from which the required length is simply cut to suit the circumference of the coil. Installation is very easy, requiring no tools or special aids – just slide onto the edge of the scroll.
This type of protection not only provides edge protection against dents and scratches, but also increases stability and safety during handling.
