EPE foam – lightweight protection against damage 📦

When shipping, it is not enough to simply place the product in a box. Movement, vibrations, or contact with other items can cause scratches, dents, and other damage.

A simple solution is EPE foam—expanded polyethylene. A lightweight, flexible material that helps protect products during both shipping and storage.

🛡️ What does EPE foam protect?

EPE foam creates a soft protective layer and helps reduce:

✔️ contact between products
✔️ minor impacts and dents
✔️ vibrations during transport
✔️ damage to sensitive surfaces

It is used, for example, for metal and painted parts, glass, electronics, furniture, plastic components, and automotive parts.

📏 Rolls or sheets?

🔹 EPE foam in pre-cut sheets – pre-cut dimensions for quick and repeatable packaging. Ideal, for example, as spacers between individual products.

Pre-cut sizes can mean faster packaging, less waste, and easier work for the operator.

EPE foam can also be combined with LDPE films, cardboard packaging, cardboard-plastic composites, protective profiles, BroNET® or VCI anti-corrosion packaging.
