New plotter in action: Precise cuts for every material

Our production has once again taken a step further. We have added a new cutting plotter to our family of machines, which can process a wide range of materials with precision and speed – from VCI and LDPE films to cardboard to various technical foams, including EPE foam.

One of its greatest strengths is its ability to produce a variety of customized box types, whether it’s simple packaging or more complex die cuts and shapes.

A practical example from manufacturing: We recently prepared EPE foam protective inserts for portable measuring instruments for an electronics client. Each insert was precisely cut to fit the shape of the instrument and its accessories, so there was no movement or damage during transport. As a result, the products were delivered to the customer without a single scratch, and the entire process of manufacturing and assembling the inserts was significantly faster than hand-cutting.

The plotter works with high precision and repeatability, which will be appreciated not only in custom production but also in new product development.
