Solution design backed by independent testing

Our specialists will first design a suitable anti-corrosion packaging solution based on the product type, mode of transport, storage conditions, and required protection period.

Before recommending the solution for mass production, we then verify its effectiveness in a condensation chamber.

Testing is conducted in collaboration with Měříme s.r.o., an independent testing laboratory specializing in climatic and corrosion testing. This ensures you receive objective results based on independent testing.

How does the process work?

1. Product Analysis

We’ll familiarize ourselves with your product, packaging method, shipping route, and required protection period.

2. Design of a New Packaging Solution

We will design the most suitable anti-corrosion packaging using our many years of experience and Bropack materials.

3. Testing in a Condensation Chamber

The proposed solution is then tested in a condensation chamber that simulates conditions conducive to corrosion during storage and transport.

4. Condensation Test Report

Upon completion of testing, you will receive the Condensation Test Report, which includes:

• identification of the tested product,
• a description of the proposed packaging solution,
• the conditions under which the test was conducted,
• photographic documentation before the test,
• photographic documentation after the test,
• an objective evaluation of the results,
• recommendations for mass production.
