September Event: What documentation do we need to test anti-corrosion packaging in a condensation chamber?
As part of our September promotion, which runs from September 1 through 30, 2026, we are offering manufacturers the opportunity to test new anti-corrosion packaging solutions in a condensation chamber at no cost. In order to design packaging precisely tailored to your needs and simulate real-world shipping or storage conditions, we need some basic information from you.
The more information you provide, the more accurate the design and the testing itself will be.
1. Product Sample
The most important thing is the product itself or a representative sample of it. This allows us to properly design a suitable VCI packaging solution and prepare a test based on real-world conditions.
If it is not possible to provide the product, we will work together to find a suitable alternative.
2. Product Information
To design the packaging correctly, we need to know the following in particular:
- the product material,
- dimensions and approximate weight,
- surface finish,
- and, if possible, a technical drawing or photograph.
This information will help us select the most suitable combination of corrosion-resistant packaging materials.
3. How do you currently package the product?
We would also like to learn about your current packaging method.
The following information would be helpful, for example:
- photos of your current packaging,
- a sample of the packaging material,
- information about the VCI materials or desiccants you use.
Our goal is not only to test the new packaging but also to compare its benefits to your current solution.
4. How will the product be transported?
Condensation occurs under various climatic conditions. Therefore, we need to know:
- where the product is going,
- how it will be transported (truck, rail, sea, or air),
- how long it will be in transit,
- whether it will be exposed to increased humidity during transport or storage.
5. How long do you need protection for?
Every product has different requirements for the duration of corrosion protection.
Please let us know if you need protection for, for example:
- 3 months,
- 6 months,
- 12 months,
- 24 months or longer.
This will allow us to design a solution that matches the actual duration of storage or transport.
6. What problem do you want to solve?
Most often, we help customers address:
- corrosion during transit,
- claims caused by moisture,
- long-term product storage,
- optimizing packaging costs,
- transitioning to a new anti-corrosion packaging solution.
Every project is different, and it is precisely our understanding of your goals that allows us to design the most effective solution.
What do we do?
After receiving all the necessary documentation:
- we analyze your requirements,
- we will design the optimal anti-corrosion packaging solution,
- we will verify its effectiveness in a condensation chamber in collaboration with the independent laboratory Měříme s.r.o.,
- we will prepare photographic documentation of the testing process,
- we will draft the Condensation Test Report with a professional evaluation and recommendations.
Take advantage of our September promotion
The promotion runs only from September 1 to 30, 2026, and testing capacity is limited. If you want to ensure that your products are reliably protected against corrosion during both transport and storage, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll design it. We’ll verify it. We’ll protect it.
