VCI corrugated polypropylene sheets are multi-wall polypropylene (PP) panels that combine the excellent mechanical strength of corrugated polypropylene with integrated VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) technology. This provides reliable corrosion protection for metal components without the need for oils, greases, or other surface treatments. Their lightweight yet rigid construction makes them ideal for repeated use in industrial and logistics applications.

The material offers comprehensive protection against corrosion, moisture, contamination, and mechanical damage, even during long-term storage or international transport. It is widely used for manufacturing custom inserts, divider grids, layer pads, returnable packaging, die-cut parts, and protective packaging solutions. The characteristic blue or green colour enables easy identification of the VCI version.
