Anti-corrosion bags ANTICOfol® – VCI bags
VCI ANTICOfol® anti-corrosion bags are used to effectively protect metal products against corrosion during storage, handling and transport. They contain VCI corrosion inhibitors that are gradually released inside the sealed package and create a protective atmosphere around the metal product.
Technical Description – VCI ANTICOfol® Anti-Corrosion Bags
VCI ANTICOfol® corrosion protection bags are a reliable solution for protecting metal parts from corrosion. Thanks to the integrated VCI component, inhibitors are gradually released to protect the metal surface from moisture, oxygen and other corrosive influences. We produce bags with bottom and side welds according to the type of application and dimensions required.
We offer a variety of designs – classic bags, bags with flap and adhesive closure, zippered and zippered bags with slider for reopening and closing.
Protection is dry, without the need for oiling, lubrication or other preservation processes. After unpacking, the product surface remains clean and ready for immediate use.
Bags are made from high quality LDPE film with VCI additive and are suitable for packaging small to medium sized metal parts, components and spare parts. They are ideal for both internal storage and export packaging.
